Dawn Negrey

Appointed a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths in and for the Province of Alberta in December 2019, it is my honour to serve west Parkland County and area during the summer season, May 1 through September 30.

I am authorized to provide services, as follows:

Administer or attest oaths and take affidavits, affirmations or declarations
Certify and attest true copies of documents
Witness or certify and attest the execution of documents including lost or damaged passports, pension documents, accounting and real estate licenses and more.

Having graduated with honors from the Paralegal/Legal Assistant program at Robertson College in December 2021, I am proud to add Paralegal services to my portfolio.

I am not authorized to provide legal advice and will refer you to a lawyer should you require this service. At this time, I can prepare and execute legal documents, as below, and will be adding additional services to my paralegal portfolio in the future:

Affidavits and statutory declarations
Consent to travel letters
Demand letters

Notary Public and Paralegal services are available weekdays BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Short notice and evening/weekend appointments are accommodated whenever possible.
