Appointed a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths by the Province of Alberta in 2019, based in west Parkland County, it is my honor to provide mobile Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths services and Paralegal services. 

I am authorized to provide Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths services, as follows:

• Administer or attest oaths and take affidavits, affirmations, and declarations.
• Witness, certify, and attest to the execution of legal documents, including matrimonial separation agreements, pension documents, real estate dower documents, and professional license renewals, etc.
• Provide certified true copies of original documents.
• Execution of out-of-province and out-of-country legal documents
• Execution of other legal documents, please enquire.

Graduating as a Legal Assistant with Honors in 2021, I provide Paralegal services, including preparing legal documents such as affidavits, declarations, consents to travel, powers of attorney, and more (please enquire for specific documents). I am not authorized to provide legal advice and will refer you to a lawyer should you require this service

On the "Appointment/Services" page, Mobile Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths appointments are available weekdays during the summer season, May 1 through September 30. Paralegal services can be requested at any time on the "Appointment/Services" page. In-office appointments are no longer available. 

Short-notice, evening, and weekend appointments are accommodated whenever possible.
