Mobile Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths services, first notarization $50, additional notarizations $10 each, at ONE appointment.

$0.50 per page fee for printing documents provided by email
Certified Original Copies from emailed documents: each notarization includes up to 5 printed pages, with additional pages at $0.50 per page
$30 per supplied witness

Travel fees for services are additional, as shown below, and will be added to your invoice.

$25 to Wildwood, Alberta Beach, Duffield townsites and area (up to 40 kms. per direction)
$35 to Spruce, Onoway, Sangudo, Drayton townsites and area (up to 60 kms. per direction)
$45 to Mayerthorpe, Buck Lake townsites and area (up to 80 kms. per direction)

Paralegal Service Fee

From $75

Preparation of the first standard legal document (i.e., affidavit, consent to travel, etc.) starts at $75, with additional supporting legal documents (affidavit of execution, etc.) at $20 each, with delivery by email.

Complex documents (i.e., last will and testament, separation agreement, etc.) prepared at additional cost, please enquire.

Option for printing and delivery available at $0.50 per page for printed document(s), plus the applicable Express Post delivery fee.

Accepted forms of payment are exact cash, tap debit or tap credit card. Fees are due and payable when services are rendered without exception.
