 Mobile Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths services are available weekdays during the summer season, May 1 through September 30, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Short notice and evening/weekend appointments are accommodated whenever possible. Please visit the "Contact" page to enquire (click on "More" tab above).

In-office appointments are no longer available.

 You must supply the original, unsigned documents. You must produce government-issued photo identification. No services are provided without confirmation of identity.

A Notary Public/Commissioner for Oaths cannot act as a witness to your signature. If required by your document, please provide adult, third-party witness(es).  Fees apply for supplied witness(es).

EXCLUDING APPLICABLE TRAVEL FEES:

At ONE appointment, the first notarization is $50, with additional notarizations at $10 each.

For a certified true copy of an original document, the fee is $50 (per document up to five pages long, with $0.50 billed per additional page).

Printing documents forwarded by email are billed at $0.50 per page.

$20 fee per witness for supplied witnesses.

Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths service:

• Administer or attest oaths and take affidavits, affirmations and declarations
• Witness or certify and attest the execution of legal documents such as matrimonial separation agreements, pension documents, real estate dower documents, professional license renewals, etc.
• Provide certified true copies of original documents
• Execution of out-of-province and out-of-country legal documents
• Execution of other legal documents, please enquire
