 Notary Public/Commissioner for Oaths and Paralegal services are available weekdays during the summer season, May 1 through September 30, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Short notice and evening/weekend appointments are accommodated whenever possible. 

Mobile service is available.   

 For Notary Public/Commissioner for Oaths service, you must supply the original, unsigned documents. For both Notary Public/Commissioner for Oaths and Paralegal services, you will need to produce government-issued photo identification. No service will be provided without confirmation of identity.

A Notary Public/Commissioner for Oaths cannot act as a witness to your signature. If required by your document, please bring along any third-party witnesses.  Fees apply for supplied witness(es).

For Paralegal services, bring along details relevant to the legal document you require; i.e. full names and birthdates of parties.

For certified copy(ies) of your documents, bring the original document.  A copy of the original(s) will be produced and certified. 

For Notary Public/Commissioner for Oaths service at ONE appointment, first notarization $40, additional notarizations

 $10 each.

For Paralegal service, rates start at $75 per document.

Printing is provided and included for in-office Certified Copies (up to 5 pages, $0.50 per page for additional pages).

Printing/incoming fax service $0.50 per page, outgoing email/fax service $0.25 per page.

$10 fee per witness for supplied witnesses.

Notary Public/Commissioner for Oaths service:

• Administering Oaths and execution of Affidavits, Statutory Declarations
• Execution of Travel Consent for Minors letters, Passport Declarations and Invitation letters for foreign visitors
• Certify true copies of certificates, documents, court orders, contracts, etc.
• Witnessing of signature(s)
• Execution of other legal documents, please enquire

Paralegal service:

• Preparation, administering of oaths and execution of Affidavits, Statutory Declarations
• Preparation and execution of Travel Consent for Minors form
• Preparation of Demand Letters
